If your brows are tattooed please advise before making an appointment and email pictures of your brows with no makeup on them. Not all brows for cover-up/re-work can be approved. Results cannot be guaranteed and additional treatments may be required to achieve best results.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $99 upon time of booking. Deposits are non-transferable.
Cancelling an appointment at any time will result in forfeiting your deposit. Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment or you forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling your 6-11 week touch-up must be done 48 hours pre-treatment or forfeit your deposit.
You may reschedule any appointment once only, with 48 hours’ notice. Any further rescheduling will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
If you are late please email as soon as possible. More than 15 minutes late will result as an appointment cancelation and a loss of deposit. Upon rebooking a new deposit of $99 will be required. Please consider traffic and travel times carefully.
Any client who does not show up to their appointment (or cancels on the day/at their appointment) will forfeit their deposit and all future bookings will require payment in full when booking.
Healed results, even after a re-touch session, will vary with each client. No guarantees are made and additional sessions will be charged. Additional re-touch sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
